About PHOTO PERMISSION

We know you like preserving the memories of your child's activities. At Kemble's Music Camp, we like to give a group photo of each age group to the children's parent/guardian. We also plan to record the Friday concert and make a DVD recording available to your family. We also occasionally share group photos of our children's activities (like the photo you see here) on our church website, in our church newsletter, on our church Facebook page, and on our bulletin boards. We never identify children by name, simply referring to the class/activity/age group name, such as "8-9 year old class". We also never sell images of our class activity photographs. Please think carefully about the form you'll need to complete below. When you decline permission for your child to be photographed, it means we must remove your child from the concert, and you will be unable to have a photo souvenir of music camp. We encourage you to grant us permission to use your child's group activity photos in a caring, responsible way - so everyone can get in on the fun!

I acknowledge Kemble Church may use my child's group photo of Music Camp activities, so long as the name of my child is not disclosed, and the photo is used only in conjunction with Music Camp participation and activities..

Please note that if you decline permission for photo use, your child will be unable to participate in the Friday concert, and will be pulled aside when group photos of activities are taken.
